  • If you are considering a move to Parkway Town homes, entering their newly remodeled office and pool, with the expectations of a beautifully maintained apartment, please think again and do the research. This complex has recently undergone new management and the treatment of both the tenants, and maintenance is atrocious. Upon move in, you receive a newly renovated apartment, which has been done with first and foremost with the intentions of saving money, the work is to cheep it is embarrassing, but like the first impressions of the office and pool, it looks good, till you live in it. If you are an older tenant who has lived in the complex for many years, best of luck receiving any updates on your unit. For tenants who have been good renters, should be given the same respect as someone moving in. This has concerned me being a new tennet, by what is being said within the community and I have no intention of staying long term now. Even some new blinds or an appliance seems to be out of the question for long term tenants, a place I don't want to see myself in. The hard part is who really wants to move into a new unit, hoping it will be home, but knowing you may have to leave in a year. Moving is a nightmare. As for the management, a former maintenance man no longer working on property, spoke of the terrible level of professionalism within the office. One office employee if spoken to regarding a maintenance issue will never fill out the report, as confirmed by this employee and one I have experienced first hand. I also entered the office and was looked up and down by this employee, I was appalled. Yes a maintenance issue in only the first couple months, and was a nightmare to be fixed. Just hearing what this man told me of the management, I was worried and have now seen it first hand. I hope the company who owns this property is listening, this is our home and you need to be treating your tenants properly. Finally if you are looking to move in the area, there are many other properties that are of much better value and service. Please look elsewhere.
