| - Two words: Wow and wow.
"Wow" because of how good it was.
And "wow" simply for the fact that I was wowed by a HOT DOG!
Had the beef hot dog and it was about as perfect as I can imagine such a food being. (If I recall correctly, they source their weiners from the local Schreiner's Sausages, so certainly there's some credit due there.)
What really made this meal was that is was wrapped in a warm piece of fluffy flatbread. Best. Idea. Ever.
For toppings, I had them add pepperoncinis, bacon, and spicy mustard. Though I began to question this combo not long before sinking my teeth in, it turned out to be an excellent decision, if I do say so.
On a down note (which I didn't dock them for), the bag of chips I added to my order was stale, emanating an unpleasant dank cardboard smell. I don't know how difficult it would be, but they really should consider serving fresh chips. Even if they prepared them beforehand and kept them warm until served, it would probably put their menu over the top.
And finally, appreciated the beverages they offered, which are from smaller bottlers and provide a non-HFCS infused way to wash your food down with. I went with a GuS (Grown-up Soda) "Extra Dry Ginger Ale" which is not too sweet and turned out to be a good complement to my dog.
