  • This review is based on the complete lack of customer service offered when I was trying to organize a cake order for an upcoming event, from a long distance away. Emailed several times to get info about the cakes offered and the infrequent responses from whoever (they never gave their name in the email) handles email orders were devoid of both relevant info or courtesy, they obviously couldn't be bothered to sell me anything. I tried in vain to place an order and never got any response or confirmation. Terrible way to run a business, and when I do visit AZ, will be sure to avoid at all costs.
