  • This is my first time leaving a review for a hotel. First off I'm checking in and the lady has me sign a paper that says the hotel has a no smoking policy bla bla bla.. I sign it because I'm not a smoker. I get to the room and it smells like cigarette! I call the front desk and the lady said " I was just up there and I didn't smell anything" basically calling me a liar? ... anyway she said there's no other room or I can get a refund. I decide to ride it out. The next day there's full on bathroom remodeling party of 10 rooms around me!! I was never notified and if I was I would of got my refund and left elsewhere. Bathroom remodeling consists of dust and chemicals that I am probably breathing in right now as I write this. What a nightmare I'm not being dramatic. This is BS.
