I waited over 2 hours for my delivery, the delay was a festival in the town center. You'd think that they would notify of the delay, but it took me getting so irritated that I called. The manager was acting like their was nothing he could do and it wasn't his fault. In situations where you know that there is going to be a delay you should plan ahead of time, and figure out how to let customers know certain services are going to be unavailable. If this is done, you won't have people like me waiting 2 hours for food that hasn't shown up. The Strongsville Domino's is much more preferable.
