  • I had a great experience over the phone. It was my birthday and I called the day of to get a pre made red velvet cake;). I haven't been to a cold stone in over 10 years. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cakes available and what's inside of them the offers to customize is with happy birthday to me in pink. I love pink!;) thank you cold stone for helping me have a great birthday now that I have to plan them myself!
