First things first: Jennifer is the supervisor and she is ahhhhh-mazing! While we were waiting in line for the restaurant and gear shop to open, she was more than willing to answer any questions about the Pass the Line process and HOB in general. She's an absolute delight! And Gretchen at the bar is also wonderful. She's very attentive, personal, and witty. I've never been to a HOB before, but if I go to another, it will be hard for them to compare!
