  • After the excruciatingly painful experience with THRIFTY, I turned to Alamo, reserved online, went to the counter to pick it up. No selling pressure of unnecessary insurance , and I had the car I asked for in 10 minutes flat! It was ready waiting at the garage. Returned it at SFO location, no hassles whatsoever! Forget THRIFTY or PAYLESS - they're a bunch of crooks!
