  • Had a 7 pm estimate schedule. At 845 pm the rep called to say that they are doing an estimate for a big job and will need to reschedule my estimate. You need to cancel an appointment...I get it, no problem. I just don't get why you call me close to two hours after the scheduled time to say that there is someone more important then me. The sad part is we were ready to go. The next morning I called a different company, had an estimate a few hours later and gave them a deposit for $4000 worth of carpet to be installed in a week.
