Went for an insanely painful hungover brunch.
Was originally headed for the rooftop patio, but Toronto's got a heatwave and 35+ degree brunch wasn't appealing.
We sat inside, and even there it was a bit too hot. My short shorts + vinyl seat created a schvitzy situation.
We were too hungover to figure out food choices, so the boy ordered random apps - poutine was wedges with SHREDDED CHEESE... So a total lie of a poutine, but tasty enough.
I liked the wings a lot. I think.
The curries were surprisingly good, service nice and the regular coke I so need in that state fortifying. Not mind-blowing, but certainly a reasonable option in the hood.
