  • Literally the worst shop I've ever taken my truck to. Went in for a tire change, left with a busted door panel and window. Top that off with the disappointment of a manager that didn't follow through on his word to fix it, and you have yourself a pretty bad auto industry cocktail of failure. Thanks, Pep Boys.
