  • My family (Mom, brother, sister-in-law, two nieces, and I) wanted to do something fun to celebrate my youngest niece's birthday. I was researching possible activities and had the good luck to stop by Barbara's studio and find her there. She was welcoming and showed me around, and I knew instantly that we would be in good hands. We didn't use Groupon, but the class was 3 hours long and I felt the $45 per person price was completely reasonable. Because this was a birthday party, Barbara let us bring cake and drinks to the class, so that was really nice. We were all fused glass novices, but Barbara's instructions were clear and the process was easy: we had a terrific time! It was so much fun we want to go back and do more. Our age range was 19 to 80, so it's something pretty much anyone can do. I highly recommend it.
