  • I had a groupon for consultation/wash/cut that I recently redeemed and was disappointed by the service . Sad to say I will not return. In terms of the space, it was dirty - saw bugs crawling around on the ground. The hairdresser was disinterested, and would take calls and check the computer in the middle of the haircut which I understand may have been work-related but I expect to be fully served as a customer for the time in which I'm receiving a service. The haircut itself was rough and it felt like my head was being treated like a piece of pizza dough - both in the hair wash and haircut. Lastly, the "consultation" stated in the groupon did not consist of more than 10 words being exchanged between the hairdresser and myself. I was not asked my preference once. They need work on their customer service!
