  • This theatre is dirty and gross. I've taken my family here for years but since they remodeled the theatre it is poorly cared for. The bathrooms are worse than what you'd find at remote truck stops. The last three times I've been there, more than one toilet didn't work, was clogged etc. The bathrooms are not wide enough for two people to pass. There was quite a bit of griping in the men's bathroom while I was there. Bathrooms have to be pretty bad for guys to complain. Today I had to move an opened and used ranch dressing from my seat before I could sit down. My wife had to move a pile of debri that included used napkins. I could share more from our other visits but it's all about the same. Why did we go again? Honestly I wanted to believe it was just those working that day and not the typical. But unfortunately it is the typical... now. Clean bathrooms and clean theaters should be a high priority. If AMC reads this I would suggest that you have a very serious discussion with the management at this theatre. This is the worse cared for theatre I've been to in Phoenix. And that is your brand.
