  • I'm not a die hard Starbucks drinker because frankly I can't afford to be, but I've visited a number of Starbucks throughout the city and, although SB is known for their great baristas and wonderful service the Bayview location takes the cake for me. Over Christmas I wanted to buy a mug as a gift and the ladies working that day helped me make a selection, they were very knowledgable as well which I appreciated. AND, when I had mentioned during payment that my wallet was stolen the day before, a pleasant Felicia offered me a drink on the house! Never enjoyed a PTL more, even in the cold weather. Wonderful staff here. Loved the kindness.
