| - Super casual bottle shop, that seems to be the spot to either pull up a chair and hang with friends, play some games or eat from their expansive menu, or pop in and grab a six pack to go. I just get the feeling this is a total local joint, which is fantastic.
I popped in to get a six pack. I'm used to heading to Packs & Dogs up in Mt. Washington. I have to admit, it does seem like the selection at Packs seems to be a little wider, but I think it may have just been the fact that there were a ton of crowd pleasers in the fridge too. Crowd pleasers like wine coolers, buds, Penn, Yings, etc. While I did see craft brews, and picked up my fave Vanilla Java Porter, it just didn't seem as wide and selective as I'm used to.
I glanced at their menu quickly and it seemed like they had a lot to offer, plus I believe there was a whole walk in cooler for cases of beer I may have missed. It's nice to have easy parking and a central location in Carnegie to stop off for a beer. I mean, convenience is key, especially while on the hunt for the perfect beer!
