  • Thank you to Shavon Williams, who time after time has been fabulous, professional and wow, what a memory! Amazing! She may be young, but she is an old soul and very comforting! This last time I had to have a tooth pulled (it cracked) and Dr. Vann was fabulous. Whenever I got nervous, Shavon was there to calm me down. Claudia Roma at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Deb Kobera, the manager, came and told me what other work needed to be done but was not pushy; quite the opposite. Deb was calm, professional, and was very positive at finding what the best things could be done for me. Even with having a tooth pulled, I'd say this was my best dental experience in years! Dr. Vann is professional, and was very gentle with this old lady! :-)
