I will take all my baby business to another store after my experience at Moms To be and More. Luckily we have not bought anything yet so whatever store we pick will surely gain from Moms To be and More's poor customer service.
2 weeks ago I went to the store to get help to find a suitable nursing bra. I am still pregnant and needed a bra that could "grow with me".
The store person helped me find the Bravado Original Nursing Bra size Small++ that she thought would work. However, when I get home and start using the bra I get bruises on my boobs from the seams on the cups. I just called the store to explain the situation. The person I talked to understood my issue but after talking to their customer service department she informed me that there was nothing they could do. No refund or exchange as all bra sales are final. Apparently the store person should have measured me which she did not do, she only kept handing me different sizes to try on. In essence, it is now my fault that I did not get the service that I did not know I should have requested. With customer service this poor I am glad it is only a bra and nothing more important like car seat or anything for the baby that I needed to complain about...
