  • POOR policies. I booked a boarding reservation for my dog 2 months ago for Memorial Weekend. At the time, they took a $90.- deposit. I had to cancel over 1 week due to health reasons before the reservation took place. They held the $90.00 and told me that it was credit for future business dealings with them. Today I called and was told that they were filled up for the holiday weekend. I knew that they would fill my reservation but do NOT like their policies. BEWARE- don't play their game. Use any other place for dog boarding.
