  • Whatever you do, do not move in here. We have been through a number of managers in less than a year and a half. One of the managers was threatened so severely she had to move to another state. They have a tree service company who comes in to cut and clean the palm trees and this company lets the branches fall and destroy your property but does not clean it up or replace what they have destroyed. And you can not get a hold of the management of the park ever. They are to be in the office from 8-4 Mon - Fri but on a number of occasions I have called and went to the office between those hours and they are never there. Don't waste your time, money and energy on this place.
