  • Just had the worst service of any nail salon I've visited. Went with 2 friends. We had appointments. The three of us were seated in the chairs for our pedicures. My friends pedicures started. I waited 10-15 minutes for my nail tech. So now I'm behind on progress. The girl didn't speak (and was American). I reminded her 3 times she needed to soak off my gel finger nail polish. I'm behind in progress so my friends move on to their manicures and I'm left alone. Finally move to my manicure and my friends are nearly done. My Tech then disappeared. My friends are done. Finally I go to the manager and tell him forget the manicure, my tech disappeared and my friends are done. He tells me that she doesn't do gel polish. What?! No one told me this. I'm sitting there waiting. Then he tells me she's having a bad day, etc. I sympathize if this girl is going through something but there's no excuse for lack of communication. My friends were not happy with their mani/pedis. My friends nail polish started peeling on the way home. This salon lost 3 customers today and a few potential as we've told our friends and family to go elsewhere. I left with no manicure and a $5 off coupon. Ridiculous.
