  • I've been here a few times now but my best experience was when I went to Jordy last time! I finally feel like I got what I paid for. She took her time which I really appreciate and she listened to what I wanted. UPDATE: This company has a "Satisfaction Guarantee". I spent $200 on a full set last week that BLEW UP MY EYES. Totally puffy and swollen and I could barely open them. I figured being a regular here I could call and hopefully get my money back, $200 is a lot of money and I literally had to have these lashes removed after one day. Now all that money is lost to me. I reached out and left my name and phone number for the manager and have not been contacted. Had they given me my money back I would maybe try them again in the future. Now I won't be back. I basically lost $200. 2nd Update: Melissa did contact me and told me I will be getting my money back. If you ever experience an issue here, MAKE SURE you get in contact with her. She will make it right. She was very helpful and I truly felt like her apology about my previous experience was sincere. I very much appreciate that she recognized I had an issue and went out of her way to correct it. Thank you Melissa!!
