  • I would like to say first that the technicians are first class. That is why I didn't give a one star. However the front desk is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Sitting here on my 3rd trip because of paperwork foul ups. My doctor was furious. It wouldn't be so bad if they simply acknowledged a mistake. But the nonchalant shrugs are flat out disrespectful. Plus the same thing happened last year when I came in for some annual blood tests.
