  • I am so annoyed. The staff are just ughhhhhhhh.... they told my friend that I had not checked in. I was waiting for an hour for her since they did not tell me she had arrived or vice versa. They over book and it's sooo crowded. If you book 18 massages for 10am, there should be 18 lounge chairs! Guests should not have to stand and wait!!!! The RMT took my medical info, discussed it with me, then proceeded to do the exact opposite during the massage!!! There are a mere 3 shower stalls and 3 toilets. It's pathetic. I did not feel relaxed coming out. It's very expensive even for a 5 star spa, esp. for a 2 star service and experience. Not going back. Oh... and the eats are pathetic too. Apples? No coffee? Hot water for tea was yucky luke warm keurig water. Not even a cracker? really?!!!!
