  • Wow! Super trendy spot! I didn't know this existed downtown until my friend decided to go for his bday. Love the atmosphere! We sat inside but the outdoor patio (which is on the top of the second floor of the Palomar hotel) looked more inviting, with those little string of lights hung across the patio and some plants out there too. I'll have to sit there next time we have dinner there. I had the homemade pasta which half of our table ordered. It was so flavorful and a great portion that no one had leftovers. The hostess was super friendly, complimented me right away -which actually seemed genuine! Thumbs up! I noticed on the menu it said happy birthday on it. I'm not sure if it's because we were celebrating a bday or if it's on every menu. The bday celebrant didn't want any dessert unfortunately when they were offering, but the restaurant did all sign a bday card to give to him. Which blew our minds! What a caring staff. We are definitely coming back for the next birthday dinner- and this time we will order dessert!
