  • I bought a used vehicle from Surprise Ford and received delivery this past week. I am so glad that Tony Taylor responded to my email inquiry about the car. He was prompt, incredibly personable and professional to the end. I live in San Francisco, and I was apprehensive about making a purchase sight unseen. Tony took the effort to "show me" the vehicle by video; he walked 360 around the vehicle showing me inside and outside views including close up views so I could see even see the details of the paint condition on YouTube. During the week before I took delivery of the car, he remained accessible to answer all of my questions; he promptly responded to my messages even when he was away from work in class. I happily drove the car home today; as Tony promised, the car was in perfect condition. For full disclosure, I took off 2 stars for their added dealer "extras" not included in their internet advertised price. I am not good at negotiating, but had some success in partly reducing some of these unnecessaries and agreed to a price slightly higher than that posted online. I then felt obliged to add a star back because of Tony's fantastic and dedicated customer service.
