  • Honestly and sincerely the absolute best purchasing experience I have ever had. John, the online salesman was quick to answer all of my questions both over the phone and via emails. He was transparent throughout the entire process which is such a breath of fresh air compared to other establishments I have purchased from. I did not feel pressure at all and I didn't have to talk to a manager, and the manager's manager etc etc before we settled on a very reasonable price. I wasn't pressured or guilted into any warranties or ridiculous service packages. Western Honda is nearly 40 miles from where I live, but with the treatment and experience I received, it was absolutely worth the commute. I will DEFINITELY purchase fro Western Honda again. Thanks!
