  • I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE. Let me start off the review by saying my roommate scheduled this cleaning service on Monday 01/02/15 the cleaning crew was supposed to arrive between 11-12am and they arrived at 10:34am... Whatever. Next, my roommate and I live in a higher end mid sized two bedroom apartment with wood floors. The apartment was not trashed it was picked up for the most part and really not that dirty. Three maids arrived for TWO hours. Two out of the three maids did not speak any english at all and one of them spoke slightly, apparently she did not speak well enough to understand what we had asked them to do. The maids went through and cleaned the living room did a decent job cleaning the floors wiped down the counters, I have dark wood cabinets so YOU CAN SEE ALL THE DUST ON THEM, the cabinets were not cleaned. They forgot to wipe down the glass coffee table ( not like it was sitting in the middle of the room or anything). Whatever. Out of the two rooms my personal room i did not want the maids to touch I just didn't have time to put anything away (valuables) so i did not want them scrounging through my room "cleaning". All I wanted was the maids to fold my laundry. One basket of laundry. THEY COMPLETELY DIDNT HAVE TO CLEAN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS AND WAS TOLD TO FOLD MY ONE BASKET OF LAUNDRY AND DID NOT. They did a mediocre cleaning job on my bathroom.. lazy wipe down of the stainless steal sinks and nozzles on the bathtub. Oh and they forgot to wipe down handle in the tub completely covered in water stains. There was still hair all over the WHITE floors so its not like they didn't see it. Mirror still had spots on it. My roommate was not impressed with her cleaning job either. If i had not worked until 7am the night before i would have been up to monitor the maids. Oh the best part is after how unsatisfactory the service was the manager offers 75$ in return out of the 130$ (with yelp coupon). However my roommate was still charged the full amount on the card. OH and the even better part was THEY STILL EXPECTED A TIP. I don't know if maybe we come off as younger and people think that they can try and get over on us.....? or maybe these maids were flat out just lazy...? hopefully the latter of the two. I still can't get over the one thing i wanted out of the THREE maids that were in the apartment for TWO hours was to fold the laundry and they didn't. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO CLEAN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS. You are seriously better off keeping your money and just cleaning yourself this service is a joke.
