Let me just say the food gets four stars! The Tamago Burger (egg burger) includes an egg with runny yolk in the middle of the burger and that adds so much more flavor to the already yummy teri-burger. It's my favorite but you have to be prepared to get your hands dirty. And because most of the time I don't want to get my hands dirty, I get the Mushroom Burger instead. Made with shiitake mushrooms, they add an extra layer of flavor and juiciness to the burger and balance the greasiness of it.
So what makes it three-star? The wait. If there's less than 8 people waiting in front of you, you're in luck. If there's more than 8 people, which often there is because fuku is that good, you'll have to stand around for at least half an hour waiting for your food. As good as the burgers are, it unfortunately isn't worth the wait for me. So even if I'm suffering from Fuku withdrawal, you'll see me passing by instead of stopping if there's a crowd tapping their feet and waiting for their burger.
