  • I was in the dealership yesterday after looking around online and finding a few vehicles I was interested in. I called ahead and spoke with Cory and we set the appointment for 1:15pm. Cory and Thomas were ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. I had spoke on the phone with Cory about trading in my 98 4 runner and he was ready for me and the truck when I got there. My girlfriend and I got pre approved online thru the website, and so paperwork was smooth. We walked the certified pre owned lot with Cory and Thomas and looked at the same vehicles I had seen on the website. Everything was so smooth and extremely organized. They didn't pressure me into anything and were straight forward. I ended up trading my 98 4 runner and got a great deal on my new 2014 Frontier. The whole team that we worked with from Cory and Thomas, to Blake in finance, and paperwork finalization with Mark Eaton was the smoothest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I am so happy with the outstanding service of East Valley Nissan that I will be a customer for life.
