  • Coming back from North Carolina that day after helping my sister out with that flood (was) not the time to piss me off. The woman on the desk at my arrival was like "I'm Done" and left me to find someone else... Professional move on her part.... NOT ! So the Manager comes over and finally I get my room - again - no help at all from that un-professional woman... Should fire her ! From now on will go to the Orleans where they take care of their customers !!!!
