  • 8/2017 Check my previous Big O reviews. Another 9 months have past and they still haven't contacted me to discuss this issue. Their original offer sure does look good on Yelp. But NO follow-up! Makes this situation even worse. 11/2016 And it gets even better. As you see they were saddened to see this happened and asked me to provide contact information so we can discuss further. Provided the info no less than 3 months ago and.... crickets. Never heard from them.
