  • Didn't look to bad on line. Had some poor reviews. Looking to save a little over the strip prices. Booked Thursday night thru Saturday night. Couldn't make it Thursday night and arrived Friday morning to find my whole reservation cancelled. Charged me for the night I wasn't there which was expected but to cancel my other nights is beyond sad, plus they had no availability. As I spoke to the staff about my problem they were rude having no concern about me losing my room. I asked them what my options were and they told me I should have called. Would never think of staying there or referring them. Bad counter staff and bad policies. BEWARE.
