  • Even though I found the perfect dress at Brilliant Bridal, I'm giving it one star because: 1) I purchased my dress at Brilliant Bridal for $750. At the time of purchase, the saleswoman estimated that alterations would probably be between $300 - $450 dollars for the dress and recommended a specific seamstress. We were ultimately quoted $900 for alterations at that seamstress (included a needed cleaning/pressing), although we completed less alterations than originally planned. 2) My dress was bustled at Brilliant Bridal significantly differently than the way the dress was styled to be bustled. I did not like the way the dress was meant to be bustled, so I ultimately had the train removed.
