  • If I could give ZERO stars I would. My fiancĂ© took his car in to patch a screw that was in the tire, get a four wheel alignment and a four wheel tire rotation and balance. First of all he had an appointment at 2pm and they did not take the car back until 4:45 pm. Not to mention he was waiting there with our two-year-old child. The car was done at about 5:30 and they told him it was good to go. Today, he noticed the tire pressure light came on. After pulling over and checking the tires, he noticed the same screw still in the same tire. The tire was in the same position as before, not rotated. He called the store and as he was explaining what was wrong was placed on hold while talking. The guy came back on and after asking why he was placed on hold, the guy said,"Can I help you or what?" Needless to say, my fiancĂ© ended up taking the car to Big O tire on Crismon and the 60. They put him to the front of the line and completed everything stating only the front tires were aligned at this Big O Tires. We're very disappointed with the service and we drive out children in the car and with this heat we could have been in a serious accident. We will NEVER return.
