  • I took my lady out for Christmas dinner last year (2017) at Rita's Kitchen, and that's all she was expecting. A nice dinner at a spanking nice resort. My plan was to take her to CitySkate in downtown Phoenix after dinner, and propose to her with the Christmas scenery behind us. After dinner we walked the grounds of the restaurant. My plan quickly changed the moment that she mentioned how beautiful the scenery was, and how it would be a nice engagement location. We walked a little further until we got to a well lit area by a small "bridge" with a little waterfall/creek... and BOOM... there I was proposing to the love of my life. She was in complete shock and tears. Expect the unexpected, anything can happen at Rita's Kitchen!
