  • Purchased a computer - spent extra money to have dropped shipped in two days. Now i'm being told that "it's two days after they ship it". I can tell this is common complaint both locally and on their phone help line. If you complain enough they will refund your shipping cost. Didn't want refund - wanted what I was promised. The geek squad in this facility is great.
