  • A smaller hospital in the Charlotte area, Mercy gives the patient a big and very positive experience. The nurses couldn't have been more professional and caring. There was even an on-staff masseuse that appeared like magic when needed. The physical therapy department was knowledgeable and helpful. The only slight negative was the food, but it was certainly edible, and you were given many choices. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
