I'm removing 2 stars for disorderly conduct. We arrived here on a drizzly Sunday at about 11:40. We were met by 3 teenagers at the hostess booth who looked very overwhelmed despite only a few parties waiting. We were told the wait would be about 20 minutes for 2 people and we proceeded to stand within earshot of the hostess booth while other parties arrived and those who arrived before us were seated. Once it was about time to be our turn the hostess asked if we wanted to sit outside (it was raining) or sit at the bar. I let them know that since we should be next I would continue to wait. A couple more parties arrived and were told to wait until a woman jumps out of a car and asks how long the wait would be for 3 people and the hostess responded they could seat them right away! I kid you not. At this point I'm staring in disbelief and then a couple minutes later they finally seat us at a table right next to another empty table and I look around and there are probably 5 other empty tables around us. This is totally not acceptable behavior at a restaurant, they need to hire a host/hostess who actually knows what they're doing.
On to the actual meal. We were greeted by our waitress right away and ordered coffee. After coming back with coffee we gave our orders and our food came out in less than 5 minutes. After listening to my husband complain about them not having any real bacon, we both were happily stuffed with brunch food. We were given our check but the waitress gave us the wrong ticket. She ran away and came back with the correct check. After waiting for probably longer than it took for our food to arrive we finally paid and were able to leave. It was a confusing and flustering dining experience and they really have some organizational issues to work out.
