rev:text	PLEASE READ!!!! It will save you thousands of dollars and your sanity. I had some damage on my van that needed fixing. I was solicited in the parking lot to have the damage repaired by serenity auto body. After getting a quote and agreeing on the replacement and painting of the parts I handed the keys over. About a week later I went to go pick up the vehicle. The moment I saw it I was in absolute shock the bumper cover not connected, paint drippings on almost every piece, paint on the windows, tires, paint over spray on the black interior, the absolute worst craftsmanship I had ever seen. I brought Terry the owners (Steven) wife, over to show her what I had found and asked her if this was really the condition she was expecting to leave the vehicle. After Terry not even able to look me in the eyes as I questioned the sad job they had done I called Steven (He was not there) and got the run around as to why the paint was so bad with excuse after excuse. As I was looking at the vehicle I noticed bondo dust everywhere. After investigating I found out that Steven had never replaced the rear door, but instead bondoed and patched the door to his poor standard and then stole the money. To make things worse Steven himself admitted to not only stealing the money for the door but for every piece that was on the estimate except for one item that he bought used. STEVEN AND SERENITY AUTO BODY STOLE $2600 WORTH OF REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT NEVER WERE EVEN ORDERED. NOT TO MENTION HE DROVE OVER 942 MILE WHILE HE HAD THE VEHICLE, WHILE DRIVING ALL THOSE MILES HE SMOKED IN THE CAR. I STILL CAN'T GET THE SMELL OUT BECAUSE HE USED MY VEHICLE AS HIS PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION. JOKE!! Now I am left with a horrible paint job, rattling lift gate, HALF FIXED NOT REPLACE PARTS, AND AN EXTRA 942 MILES. SERENITY AUTO BODY is an absolute joke and has absolutely zero integrity, loyalty OR craftsmanship. Steven and his family are liars, and thieves and will STEAL EVERY PENNY THEY CAN TAKE!!
