  • I used this cleaner for 3 years and have recently switched dry cleaners. The prices are very low but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. First thing- I'm not sure if they change the solution in the machine because my clothes started smelling horrible! Some dry cleaners will not change solutions in the machine causing a nasty smell. This is definitely the case at Monte Carlo. Secondly- I used Monte Carlo recently to clean a suit. This is not a cheap suit. When I asked why the suit was wrinkled in certain areas they claimed that some suits stretch in certain areas and that I should return it to nordstroms. It seems like every excuse in the book was given. I have since tried another dry cleaner and have been very impressed with my suit again. This dry cleaner is terrible I recommend that you avoid this cleaner. Finally - Ramona seems to be great but that is not the case. They open at 7 and don't expect her to open the door 1 minute before! I now go to a dry cleaner on the southeast corner of power and McDowell. They are more expensive because they are organic.
