  • This is an exceptional venue for live music in Madison. Great acoustics and vibe. It's unfortunate that the two bartenders from last Friday night weren't more personable and welcoming. Crack a smile once in a while, say thank you and show some respect to your patrons. Disappointing service made me less inclined to order drinks at the bar. Again the venue itself is amazing, intimate and chill, just wish their staff was friendly and customer service oriented. I'll visit again, hoping the service team is more friendly next time around.
