My experience went from not too bad, to frustrating, to much better.
My one negative remark is the lack of communication, both internally and with myself. Had the communication been a bit more mutual it would have saved a lot of stress on my part. Fortunately, once I voiced my concerns they seemed genuinely apologetic and take my feedback seriously. That turned my experience around. The "wrong" was made "right" and for that I would probably give them my business again.
