  • Look elsewhere. Quantum cancelled my class two hours before I was scheduled to arrive. If I hadn't contacted them, they wouldn't have even told me. If you call them, they never pick up. Their "trainers" literally don't know how to use email. There are many worthwhile CrossFit facilities in the west end of the city. I suggest you look there. Also, this review is coming from an actual person who was interested in CrossFit -- not by one of their trainers who write very long and very glowing reviews. Read the lengthy reviews with a grain of salt. Question who wrote them in the first place. Good luck finding a facility that can help you reach your fitness goals.
