After my first visit to Burger Bar, I concluded that the side dishes were the real selling point here. My second visit recently confirmed this hypothesis.
In fact, the zucchini fries and mac and cheese croquettes are arguably the best sides I have ever had at a burger establishment. As a result, I debated whether I should rate Burger Bar with five stars for that reason alone. In the end, I had a hard time doing so since burgers are supposed to be the focus.
Overall, what I have learned after two trips here is that the American Classic is better than the Kobe Burger. And that the side orders are consistently amazing.
