  • We've never actually eaten at this place because we stop in to grab pasties to take home, when we drive down to Phoenix. The interior is like a dive bar with little to no lighting, not what you'd expect from a pasty place, and it looks closed from the outside. Don't let that put you off - the pasties are fantastic which is why it gets 5 starts from me! Extensive selection of vegetarian and even a few vegan choices, plus creative flavor combos. I've eaten many a Cornish pasty in my time, having frequented Cornwall quite a few times while growing up. These are really really good! The pastry is excellent and the fillings generous. My favorites are the Veggie "Chicken' Tikka Masala, Veggie Asiago "Chicken", and Veggie Mexican. They even ship...hmm, tempting!
