  • I cannot recommend purchasing any furniture here. Approximately 1.5 years ago I purchased multiple pieces of furniture here for my new condo. I spent a few thousand dollars at this store. The entertainment centre has a panel of wood veneer lifting at the edge, it is so thin that you can see the light coloured material showing through the dark wood veneer. I contacted customer service and even forwarded photos of this defective piece of furniture...but they only honour their 1 year warranty and will do absolutely nothing even though I first contacted them regarding this problem at about 18 months. This piece is in a climate controlled environment and has been cared for in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. I am seriously concerned about the long term for the desk and other tables I purchased from this company. Peter
