  • So this Coffee Bean could use a bit of work. I am a huge Coffee Bean fan and wished there were more around. So this review is to be helpful to them / baristas. They can't improve if they don't know right? So it's not my first time at this Coffee Bean and the problem with it is it's inconsistent. So last night my husband and I went there to get a drink. The supervisor was friendly. She took out order. I ordered a larger, hot chai latte. My husband ordered a large, hot vanilla latte. Prior to our orders coming out we saw the customers before us seemed confused by their orders. Those customers left and then we got our drinks. Luckily I tasted my chai before I left and sadly it tasted like water with very little milk that was stirred with a spoon that had some chai residue . There was a huge lack of chai. My husband said his drink was fine however he ordered a large, he received a medium. His drink was warm/room temp and not hot. My drink lacked the chai and was warm. We walked out and we weren't going to say anything but I paid 10 + bucks for these drink!!! I built up the courage to say something and the supervisor/ barista was kind and made another drink for me. Sadly they asked me to taste it once it was made and sadly it still lacked the flavor of chai. It was better but at that point I just smiled and said it's good and left. I didn't want to be that person who bugs at establishments but it just wasn't good. The drink lacked chai and it still wasn't hot. I also refused my receipt so I couldn't even bring up that my husband ordered a large drink and got a smaller drink/ medium size drink. Also I think the customers before us saw me go back in to request a new drink because they went back in to get there's fixed too. So something must have been off last night. So hopefully this comes off as constructive and helpful. I'll come back and give it another go next time and hopefully they can improve with the measurement and temperatures.
