  • After buying a new iPhone 7plus from the Verizon store on 16th/Camelback I decided to purchase the UBREAKIFIX premium tempered glass for $49.99+tax since it comes with a 2 year screen warranty that covers the iPhone 7plus screen for a($9.00) deductible. Although my phone was in a case needless to say it eventual fell out of my lap while I exited my vehicle and Shattered the tempered screen protector as well as the iPhone screen.I thought,"no worries, sure glad I bought the tempered glass screen protector since it's under warranty"....We'll, this is where the nightmare began with this company. After registering my warranty info online the next morning I called the store to confirm that a screen was available for my iPhone 7plus. After being told they had it in stock I told him I would be on my way to get my phone repaired and once I showed up within 20 mins I was told they didn't have the screen for my phone. I was told they would have to order the screen or I could go to one of their other stores. It was confirmed that the other location on 7th St./Bell Rd. Had a screen and would do the repair. I decide to get it over with so I take it to the 7th/Bell Rd store. After 3 hours they call me to say it's fixed but once I get there they tell me that the tech. Broke my speaker on the phone and that they would have to order the part. After taking around a week to get the part in they offer to allow the 16th/Camelback store to fix the speaker since it's nearer to my location. It took the Camelback store roughly 4hours to fix the phone speaker and after leaving the store my iPhone started ghost typing along with other screen related malfunctions. Oh, and btw this company is not certified what so ever so once they changed my screen I was told by them not to let my phone get wet since in no longer water/splash resistant.Long story Long.... I gave up on this company. I just went over to the Apple Store and bought a new phone. Some things just aren't worth the headache. The store manager at the 7th/Bell store had great customer service and was honest and upfront about the broken speaker. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The employee at the 16th/Camelback location has a stern not so customer friendly attitude... I wouldn't tell you not to go here because, maybe I just had a streak of bad luck but, I sure would NOT recommend this place for phone repair.
