  • Purchased a pentair pool pump in January 2016 and currently it's under warranty. Made a service call because pump would not work properly and they claimed it has water damage and will not honor the warranty. Now I'm having to deal directly with the manufacturer. Very disappointed #1 that the warranty is not being honored and that I am having to go above and beyond getting the pump fixed. Have went to them for all pool needs for 10 years and at this point will not use them going forward.
